MY STORY

Quality, not quantity

I became a backyard beekeeper unexpectedly after my husband's sudden death in 2012 left me responsible for his hives. I knew nothing about bees but had to quickly figure it out and through that process found a new love and desire to help the bees. I am still a beekeeper today, having attended the Master Beekeeping program at Young Harris Beekeeping Institute, becoming certified in 2019.

All of the honey I sell is 100% pure, raw honey.
– My honey is NEVER heated, blended, or micro-filtered.

– I NEVER add anything to, cut, or dilute the honey.

Once I extract the honey from the comb, I run it through a strainer one time to remove some particles but leave all of the natural goodness in the honey.
