Honey as it should be.

I unexpectedly became a backyard beekeeper following my husband's sudden passing in 2012, which left me in charge of his hives. With no prior knowledge about bees, I had to learn quickly, and during that journey, I discovered a newfound passion for helping them. I continue to be a beekeeper today, having completed the Master Beekeeping program at Young Harris Beekeeping Institute and earning my certification in 2019.

Every jar of honey I offer is completely pure and raw.

– My honey is NEVER subjected to heating, blending, or micro-filtering.

– I NEVER incorporate any additives, cut, or dilute the honey in any way.

After extracting the honey from the comb, I strain it just once to eliminate some particles while preserving all the natural goodness within the honey.
